Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Delivery

• Skip hire services are provided by AAA SKIPS under the following terms and conditions. When you book a skip, you are entering into an agreement with us.
• We will make every effort to deliver the skip at the scheduled time, but we reserve the right to alter delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Skip Usage

• The skip is for the disposal of general waste, household, and construction debris only.
• Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, liquids, solvents, batteries, and toxic substances are strictly prohibited and should not be placed in the skip.

3. Prohibited Items

• Items such as asbestos, fridges, freezers, fluorescent tubes, tires, gas bottles, and hazardous waste are strictly prohibited. Disposal of these items will result in additional charges and may lead to legal action.

4. Overfilling

• Skips must not be overfilled. Overfilled skips are a safety hazard and will result in an extra charge of £250.

5. Access and Location

• Please ensure clear and safe access to the skip delivery and collection location.
• Whenever possible, place the skip on private property for convenience.
• If you need the skip on a public road, a permit might be required. We will happily arrange the permit for you, however an additional surcharge is payable.
• Coventry Council’s current surchage is £60, including our admin fee.
• Warwickshire Council’s current surchage is £80, including our admin fee.
• Our aim is to make your skip rental hassle-free, and we’re here to assist you at every step.

6. Usage Duration

• The customer has access to the skip for a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date. Additional days may incur extra charges.

7. Liability

• The customer is liable for any damage to the skip while in their possession.
• We are not liable for any damage to property or persons that may occur while our skip is on-site.

8. Payment and Charges

• Payment is due upon delivery of the skip unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges will apply for prohibited items, overfilling, or exceeding the agreed-upon rental period.

9. Collection

• Collection will be scheduled after the customer contacts us to arrange pick-up.
• Skips will be collected at the earliest opportunity, but exact collection times may vary.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate service without notice in case of misuse or violation of these terms and conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of disputes or issues, please contact us to attempt resolution.
